Current shop status
Witto is currently in pre-launch. Joining the release list is free, does not reserve inventory and does not require a purchase. Checkout remains disabled until the launch requirements are complete.
Site and content
You may use the site for personal, lawful purposes. The Witto name, logo, artwork and original content belong to Witto or its licensors. Product plans, availability and launch dates may change before an order is accepted.
Orders and payment
When sales open, the first release will accept guest orders in USD for eligible United States delivery addresses only. Adding an item to a cart does not reserve it. An order is accepted only after payment validation and an order confirmation. We may reject or review an order for inventory, pricing, fraud, address or shipping problems and will refund any amount that cannot be accepted.
Shipping and prepaid duties
Checkout will show only shipping options backed by a valid live Easyship rate with prepaid import duties (DDP). Shipping and import charges are shown before payment. Delivery dates are estimates. If we cannot ship within the stated time—or within 30 days when no time is stated—we will request consent to the delay or promptly cancel and refund as required by law.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
Before live sales, Witto will publish product-specific cancellation and return information. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived. If no goods ship, any required refund includes the amount paid for the goods and shipping.
Email and acceptable use
Release emails include an unsubscribe link. Do not interfere with the site, misuse checkout, attempt unauthorised access, or submit fraudulent information.
