Information we collect
When you join the release list, we collect your email address, optional first name, language, signup source and date. When sales open, we may also process cart, order, contact, delivery and transaction details. Stripe handles payment-card details; Witto does not store full card numbers.
How we use it
We use this information to manage the release list, provide the shop, process and deliver orders, send service and release updates, prevent abuse, keep records and meet legal obligations.
Services and storage
Cloudflare hosts the site and its D1 and R2 data. Stripe processes payments, Easyship provides shipping services, and Resend delivers email. These providers process only the information needed to provide their services and may process it outside your country.
Analytics and cookies
Cloudflare Web Analytics measures site use without creating advertising profiles. Essential cookies keep your language, cart and security state. We do not use behavioural-advertising cookies.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. We disclose it only to service providers, when legally required, or as part of a business transfer. We keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above, legal records, security and disputes.
Your choices and rights
You may unsubscribe from marketing at any time. You may also ask to access, correct or delete your information. Depending on where you live, additional privacy rights may apply. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising a privacy right. Contact info@wittostore.com.
Children and changes
Witto is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If this notice changes, we will update the date above.
